1. Aasonn Names Vice Presidents of Professional Services East and West

    CHICAGO, IL and DUBLIN, IRELAND, MAY 29, 2012 / Aasonn today announced that Doty Sinclair has been named Vice President of Professional Services, East; and Wade Harrison has been named Vice President of Professional Services, West.

    Sinclair’s strong talent, learning, and training background provides value to Aasonn’s clients as she assumes the hands-on leadership for Aasonn’s day-to-day operations of the eastern United States and oversight for Europe. Harrison’s comprehensive talent, compensation and systems background prepared him to lead Aasonn’s talent and learning practice areas in the western United States. He handles day-to-day operations and oversight for small and medium sized businesses in that region.

    Prior to joining Aasonn, Sinclair founded Sinclair Consulting Services and over a four-year timeframe managed the selection and implementation of Talent Management systems delivering HR, learning, training, and consulting services to companies throughout the country. In addition, Sinclair was a founding partner of Learning Solutions International; was Director of Professional Services at SmartForce; and spent 15 years with Arthur Andersen LLP as Senior Manager in their training facility. Sinclair earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Education Systems Development, both from Michigan State University.

    Harrison is a global business leader and comes to Aasonn after 10 years at Towers Watson, where he contributed to the creation of a technology business offering SaaS solutions for compensation and Talent Management. Harrison has also held Vice President positions for Kadiri, Zenith Administrators, and Aon-Hewitt. Harrison graduated from the University of Washington, where he received his Bachelor degree in Business.
