Learning Management Professional Services Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for, and lead, the company's implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors LMS software for SMB and enterprise customers. The consultant will be a high energy, "figure-it-out" individual that will follow the Aasonn implementation methodology to deliver projects on time and on budget with maximum customer satisfaction. The consultant will be responsible for working with Aasonn's partners and corporate sales to enable successful acquisition of new business as directed by the Practice Director.

Account Manager for Installed Customers, Northeast US

Aasonn has served over 1,000 customers in the last five years and has strong demand for our services by our existing customers. Aasonn is SuccessFactors largest partner globally with a track record for excellence in service and consulting. Aasonn is currently seeking an experienced sales executive to drive strategic mid-market and enterprise-wide sales initiatives into customer accounts in the northeast US. Primary responsibilities include qualifying, selling and closing new business into Aasonn customer installed accounts.

Professional Services Director, West Region

The Professional Services Director is responsible for managing multiple implementations of SuccessFactors suite of products, leading the Project Managers and Consultants assigned to projects within their region, acting as the Aasonn executive sponsor for the customers including software partners, and supporting business development efforts as requested by the sales team leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer-facing, delivery-focused experience.

SuccessFactors Software Implementation Consultants

Conduct discovery meeting with customer Write statement of work Create project plan in cooperation with customer's internal project manager Participate in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining "action items" lists Educate the customer on employee database and technical requirements Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes Configure application to meet customer needs Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs Bring in additional consultants and technical resources as necessary Provide train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to the customer Manage the relationship with the customer and be Aasonn's primary "face" to the customer throughout the implementation process.

Project Manager

This position plans and executes process and technology improvement projects for Aasonn's Customers. This position facilitates meetings and interviews with key clients and stakeholders regarding future process and technology design, manages the documentation of any design requirements, oversees the development of new processes and technologies according to documented specifications, and manages any required technology testing. The position also plans and executes the associated change management, training, and rollout strategies for all Aasonn SuccessFactors and technology projects. The position provides regular status reports to the Aasonn Projects Coordinator of all managed projects and escalates issues, as necessary.
