Allen Peterson
President and CEO
Aasonn was founded by Allen Peterson. Since founding Aasonn, Mr. Peterson has grown the company to be the largest implementation partner in the world for SuccessFactors and HCM related services. Aasonn has experienced significant growth in the last five years and has served over 900 customers globally. Mr. Peterson brings more than 30 years of experience in the areas of general management, strategic business development, sales and marketing, and customer service. Mr. Peterson has held positions with IT Convergence as both Executive Director Sales & Consulting and Operations Director for their Outsourcing Centers in Buenos Aires, San Francisco, and Chicago. Prior to IT Convergence, Allen was a Co-Founder and Practice Manager of the Remote Managed Services Practice for the Oracle consulting firm TUSC. Prior to his consulting career he held several positions in technology including Senior DBA and Chief Data Architect for Quaker Oats in Chicago as well as Systems Development Network Manager at the Audit Bureau of Circulations in Schaumburg, Illinois. In 1991, he was retained as a consultant for Arthur Andersen to help them develop a project budgeting and management system for their St. Charles, Illinois Training Facility.
Mr. Peterson holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Washington University with dual concentrations in Business and Biology. He is also a Board Certified Medical Technologist. Mr. Peterson and his wife reside in Naperville, Illinois.
Nate Peterson
Vice President, Operations and Finance
Nate Peterson joined Aasonn in 2007 and oversees the company’s operations, financial and administrative teams as the Vice President of Operations and Finance. Mr. Peterson brings eight years of broad-based experience in accounting and operations. He began his business career as a staff accountant with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Denver, Colorado. While at Enterprise Rent-a-Car he served as an Accounting Manager in both the rental and fleet divisions. Mr. Peterson oversees the day-to-day execution of Aasonn’s consulting business and is responsible for the company’s finance and professional services operations.
Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor or Arts degree from University of Northern Iowa in Accounting. Mr. Peterson resides in Naperville, Illinois.
