Rosalind Neal joined Aasonn in 2011 and brings 15 years of human resources experience. Ms. Neal is responsible for strategic human resources management for Aasonn including the coordination of staffing, benefits administration, talent management and legal compliance. Ms. Neal has a comprehensive HR business partner background in consulting and corporate organizations. She has held positions with Target Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, the U.S. Department of Labor as a Compliance Analyst and Waste Management, Inc. where she started her career.
Ms. Neal holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a HR Management concentration from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from DePaul University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Ms. Neal and her husband reside in Naperville, Illinois.
Patrick Dunne
EMEA Operations Manager
Patrick Dunne brings more than 5 years experience in operational and facilities management. As EMEA Operations Manager in Dublin, Ireland, Mr. Dunne is responsible for coordinating and planning staffing projects in Europe and other geographic areas, managing relationships with Aasonn consultants and key external partners, as well as support the long-term financial performance of operations through effective operational and financial performance management at the office level. Prior to joining Aasonn in January 2012, Mr. Dunne was the Property and Facilities Manager at McNally Handy & Partners.
Mr. Dunne holds a Bachelors of Science with Honors in Estate Management, Planning and Development from Northumbria University in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, as well as a Bachelor of Business Studies in Property Valuation and Estate Agency from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in Galway City, Ireland. Mr. Dunne resides in Dublin, Ireland.
Michaela Johnson
Accounting Supervisor
Michaela Johnson joined Aasonn in 2011 and manages Aasonn’s accounting operations including accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ms. Johnson has responsibility for supervision of Aasonn’s accounting staff. She brings over seven years of tax and accounting experience with positions at Cunningham & Company and Dollars and Sense Financial Consulting Services.
Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Currently Ms. Johnson is pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at Keller Graduate School of Management. Ms. Johnson and her husband reside in Schaumburg, Illinois.
