Marissa Gervais
Practice Manager Training
Marissa Gervais brings over seven years of experience to Aasonn. Ms. Gervais leads the Aasonn training practice and spent the last year working with executive management to develop and grow this very important part of Aasonn’s consulting business. During 2010-2011 she was Aasonn’s SuccessFactors University Coordinator where she staffed, scheduled, coordinated, and ensured delivery of all SuccessFactors End-User Training Classes to over 300 engagements. In her role as Lead Practice Manager for Training, she works with Dawn Brown and Nora Mount to define, construct, and deliver all training courses to both Aasonn and SuccessFactors customers globally. Marissa’s primary practice management area is all customer west of the Mississippi River. Ms. Gervais has served Aasonn in both the training function as well as a consultant for implementation of SuccessFactors software and Geo Learning LMS software to customers across the United States.
Ms. Gervais holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Northern Arizona University. Ms. Gervais and her family reside in Gilbert, AZ.
Tamara Pederson
Managing Consultant, SMB
Tamara Pederson joined Aasonn in September 2011 as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, bringing over 12 years of Human Resources, Consulting, Training and Project Management experience, including 4 years as a SuccessFactors Professional Services Consultant. Tamara recently moved into a Managing Consultant role in SMB. In her new role, she is working to help grow the SMB team and will continue to implement a variety of SuccessFactors modules with Sprac and PE customers.
Ms. Pederson holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as Bachelors’ degrees in Psychology and Marketing. Ms. Pederson and her family currently reside in Waterloo, IA.
