Jackie Burton

Professional Services Director, SMB

Jackie Burton, Professional Services Director, SMBJackie Burton brings over 10 years of professional Human Resources, HR Systems and Project Management experience to Aasonn. She joined Aasonn in 2011 and directs all activities for Aasonn’s SMB Practice. Ms. Burton is responsible for providing application expertise to consultants, project oversight, and project staffing for all SuccessFactors SMB projects. Ms. Burton has extensive experience with the SuccessFactors application suite. Prior to joining Aasonn she worked for SuccessFactors for over five years as a Consultant, Practice Lead, and Practice Manager. Ms. Burton’s background includes positions as HRIS Manager and HR Administrator for BRE Properties of San Francisco as well as management level positions for both DigitalMed and DigitalThink where she was involved in Learning Management and Time Tracking Systems. Her extensive background implementing and managing SuccessFactors projects for over five years and over 200 customers provides a unique perspective for managing Aasonn’s SMB practice.

Ms. Burton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Special Education from San Francisco State University. Ms. Burton and her husband reside in Naperville, Illinois.

Gregory Damian

Director, SAP Professional Services

Greg Damian
Gregory Damian brings a wide variety of skills to Aasonn. After beginning his career as a manufacturing engineer, Damian saw the vast potential of information systems and technology and decided to change his career field At Ford Motor Company, Damian developed and implemented manufacturing systems as the systems manager at one of Ford’s assembly plants. At JDEdwards, Damian was a program manager for the product development organization. Prior to joining Aasonn, Gregory spent five years with SAP on the Business ByDesign professional services team and in their service center. Gregory has completed SAP ByDesign projects as a project manager and as a consultant for several modules, delivering software customizations and integrations through the service center. He also has served as an instructor for Go Live Experience and software development courses.

As the Director of SAP Professional Services, Mr. Damian’s responsibilities are focused on successful delivery of SAP OnDemand products.

Rana Hobbs

Senior Director of Workforce Planning

Rana Hobbs, Senior Director of Workforce Planning

As the Senior Director of Workforce Planning, Ms. Hobbs leads the team in implementing WFP technology to enable the execution of strategies while also providing the strategic advisement necessary for its adoption.

Ms. Hobbs has more than 15 years of experience with prominent Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers, including SuccessFactors, Infohrm, CLC, and IDC. She has lead client service teams focusing on account management, business strategy and human capital alignment, SaaS technology and implementation, and change management design and execution. Ms. Hobbs is a recognized subject matter expert and best practices champion in workforce planning, reporting and analytics. As such, she is also an in-demand speaker at HR.com, IHRIM, SHRM, and other industry events.

Ms. Hobbs has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College.

Adrienne Lord

Director, Aasonn University

Adrienne Lord, Director, Aasonn UniversityAs the Director of Aasonn University, Ms. Lord manages Aasonn’s training delivery and education sales. Ms. Lord has been in the Human Capital Management space for nearly fifteen years, spending the last decade with Oracle (formerly Taleo/Vurv). At Taleo, she was responsible for client-facing product training and sales globally. Prior to Taleo, she was the founder of Vurv University creating the company’s first certification programs, eLearning initiatives and for-profit education professional services division. In her earlier career, Ms. Lord worked in computer hardware sales and has also been a recruiter.

Ms. Lord holds a Bachelors of Arts in Education from Flagler College and a Masters of Arts in Human Resource Development from Valdosta State University. Ms. Lord and her family reside in Jacksonville, FL.

Tamara Pederson Bauler

Director, Quality Assurance

Tamera Pederson BaulerTamara Pederson Bauler joined Aasonn in September 2011 as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, bringing over 12 years of Human Resources, Consulting, Training and Project Management experience, including 4 years as a SuccessFactors Professional Services Consultant. With SuccessFactors, she consulted with over 250 small and medium sized companies to implement Performance Management, Goal Management, 360 Multi-Rater, Talent Tracker, CDP, Compensation and Employee Central projects for organizations spanning multiple industries. In her current role as Director of Quality Assurance, she is working with every area of the business to integrate continuous improvement and demonstrate support of quality improvement goals.

Ms. Bauler holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as Bachelors’ degrees in Psychology and Marketing. Ms. Bauler and her family currently reside in Thornton, CO.

Joann Stark

Director, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

Director, Talent Acquisitions and OnboardingJoann Stark joined Aasonn in January 2013 and is responsible for recruiting talent for the organization and for onboarding our professional services consultants. Ms. Stark brings over 15 years of recruiting experience including 5 years of experience managing talent acquisition teams, functions and processes. Prior to joining Aasonn Ms. Stark held leadership roles at Corinthian Colleges and The TriZetto Group. She holds a Bachelor of Art’s degree from DePaul University. Ms. Stark and her husband reside in Elburn, Illinois.

Lisa Sullivan

Professional Services Director

Lisa SullivanLisa Sullivan brings over 10 years of experience consulting with global organizations around organizational development and talent management. She is an experienced consultant in Human Resources and Software Implementations and has partnered with customers worldwide to implement the SuccessFactors solution. Ms. Sullivan joined Aasonn in 2011 and directs all activities for Aasonn’s Professional Services Practice and leads a team of Professional Services Consultants. Ms. Sullivan is responsible for providing application expertise to consultants, project oversight, and project staffing for SuccessFactors projects in her region. Ms. Sullivan also manages Aasonn’s relationships with its strategic business partners. She directs the establishment, development and expansion of revenue-producing relationships with strategic business partners that enhance Aasonn’s industry positioning. Prior to joining Aasonn, Ms. Sullivan was a Principal Consultant for SuccessFactors for five years where she implemented SuccessFactors for over 100 customers including Performance Management, Goal Management, Employee Profile, Compensation, 360 Multi-Rater, Business Process Accelerators, Recruiting Management, and Career Development Planning.

Ms. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from St. Joseph’s College. Ms. Sullivan and her husband reside in New York City.
