Vice President, Talent Strategy Services
As Aasonn’s Vice President, Talent Strategy Services, Doty Sinclair leads day-to-day operations of Professional Services. Prior to joining Aasonn, Ms. Sinclair founded her own consulting practice and over a four-year timeframe managed the selection and implementation of talent management systems delivering HR, learning, training, and consulting services to companies throughout the country. Ms. Sinclair also held positions as founding partner of Learning Solutions International, director of professional services at SmartForce, as well as spent 15 years with Arthur Andersen LLP as a senior manager in their training facility.
Ms. Sinclair earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Education Systems Development, both from Michigan State University.
Vice President, Professional Services
As the Vice President of Professional Services, Lisa Sullivan leads a highly experienced team of implementation consultants. Ms. Sullivan brings over 13 years of experience in human resources and talent management consulting for global organizations. She has held positions as a software implementation consultant, HR and Talent Management Consultant, and in various human resources roles.
Ms. Sullivan joined Aasonn in 2011 and is responsible for staffing and project oversight as well as consultant development. She directs the establishment, development and expansion of revenue-producing relationships with strategic business partners that enhance Aasonn’s industry positioning. Prior to joining Aasonn, Ms. Sullivan was a Principal Consultant for SuccessFactors for five years where she implemented SuccessFactors for over 150 customers including Performance Management, Goal Management, Employee Profile, Compensation, Employee Central, 360 Multi-Rater, Recruiting Management, and Career Development Planning.
Ms. Sullivan holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology from St. Joseph’s College. Ms. Sullivan and her husband reside in New York.
Vice President, Professional Services
Kathy LeBarron is a Senior Professional in Talent Management with over 25 years of HR Executive and Director experience across all HCM disciplines. In her prior role as Professional Services Consultant she implemented Enterprise and Mid-Market Talent Management projects directly with SuccessFactors before moving to Aasonn as a contractor in 2008. Ms. LeBarron’s vendor experience also includes Cornerstone OnDemand as an Implementation Consultant and Cort Software – a payroll and HRIS provider, first in implementations and then as Director of Professional Services. She has expertise in HCM system implementations including design, development, selection, project management, data conversion and training. Her project experience ranges from small firms to large-multi-nationals in retail, manufacturing, high tech, healthcare, hospitality, education, service, utilities, government, pharmaceutical and non-profit. Ms. LeBarron lives in Bend, Oregon.
Director of Project Management Office
As the Director of Project Management Office, Ms. Bagal will be leading our project management initiatives with key focus on promoting our methodology and approach. She will also be managing key operational initiatives to align the Project Management Office with our growth strategy.
Ms. Bagal has fourteen years of experience and expertise in business planning, organizational change management, process improvement and software implementation. Prior to joining Aasonn, Ms. Bagal was most recently the Director of Project Management with Nielsen and has mostly worked at consulting firms including Capgemini and Accenture. Ms. Bagal is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is PMP certified.
Ms. Bagal lives with her husband and children in Naperville, IL.
Senior Director of Workforce Planning
As the Senior Director of Workforce Planning, Ms. Hobbs leads the team in implementing WFP technology to enable the execution of strategies while also providing the strategic advisement necessary for its adoption.
Ms. Hobbs has more than 15 years of experience with prominent Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers, including SuccessFactors, Infohrm, CLC, and IDC. She has lead client service teams focusing on account management, business strategy and human capital alignment, SaaS technology and implementation, and change management design and execution. Ms. Hobbs is a recognized subject matter expert and best practices champion in workforce planning, reporting and analytics. As such, she is also an in-demand speaker at HR.com, IHRIM, SHRM, and other industry events.
Ms. Hobbs has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College.
Dawn Savetz is a Practice Manger for our West Region. Ms. Savetz is an experienced LMS Consultant and Training professional who has managed training and development needs for over 12 years. She specializes in program development and system implementation, and has worked with clients of varying sizes and complexities, both domestic and global.
She has deep experience in the design, development, and delivery of training for a variety of audiences. Her excellent communication and project-management skills enable her to work effectively with all levels of an organization as well as with vendors and suppliers.
Ms. Savetz holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Tulsa, and resides in California.
Karen Izon joined Aasonn in 2012 as a PS Consultant and then assumed more responsibilities as a Succession Planning consultant. Prior to joining Aasonn, Ms. Izon was employed by Fifth Third Bank as an HR Systems and Process Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing succession planning and performance management and managing systems and vendors supporting those initiatives, including SuccessFactors and Aasonn.
Ms. Izon earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilmorten College in Derby, England. She has a certification in Database Management Systems from University of Cincinnati.
As Practice Manager of Professional Services, focusing on the SMB market, Marissa Gervais leads a team of Professional Service Consultants. Ms. Gervais is responsible for project oversight and staffing for all SMB SuccessFactors projects internationally. Ms. Gervais has been with Aasonn since July of 2010 years and brings over 6 years of software consulting experience with organizations around the globe. Prior to joining Aasonn Ms. Gervais was a Client Advisor and a Senior Project Analyst at TSYS.
Ms. Gervais earned her Bachelors of Arts in Business Management with a Certificate in Human Resources from Northern Arizona University and currently resides in Gilbert, AZ with her family.
Erin Haney brings 8 years of HR Software Implementation experience to Aasonn. Ms. Haney previously worked at Bernard Hodes Group, a recruitment marketing agency, for 9 years. During that time, she served in client care and implementation services, aiding clients in their software implementations as well as serving as a daily sounding board for troubleshooting and strategy for SmartPost, Ms. Haney joined Aasonn in 2012 as a Professional Services Consultant, where she implemented Recruiting Management, Performance Management, Goal Management, Employee Profile and Recruitment Marketing.
Ms. Haney now serves as a Practice Manager leading a team of Professional Services Consultants. She manages project assignments and establishes customer relationships for the Southeast region.
Ms. Haney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of South Florida. Ms. Haney and her family reside in Tampa, FL.
