Lisa Sullivan
Professional Services Director, East Region
Lisa Sullivan brings over 10 years of experience consulting with global organizations around organizational development and talent management. She is an experienced consultant in Human Resources and Software Implementations and has partnered with customers worldwide to implement the SuccessFactors solution. Ms. Sullivan joined Aasonn in 2011 and directs all activities for Aasonn’s Professional Services Practice and leads a team of Professional Services Consultants on the East Coast. Ms. Sullivan is responsible for providing application expertise to consultants, project oversight, and project staffing for SuccessFactors projects in her region. Ms. Sullivan also manages Aasonn’s relationships with its strategic business partners. She directs the establishment, development and expansion of revenue-producing relationships with strategic business partners that enhance Aasonn’s industry positioning. Prior to joining Aasonn, Ms. Sullivan was a Principal Consultant for SuccessFactors for five years where she implemented SuccessFactors for over 100 customers including Performance Management, Goal Management, Employee Profile, Compensation, 360 Multi-Rater, Business Process Accelerators, Recruiting Management, and Career Development Planning.
Ms. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from St. Joseph’s College. Ms. Sullivan and her husband reside in New York City.
Matson Sparling
Senior Director of Learning & Development

With over 25 years of experience, Matson Sparling brings extensive product development and management experience in both software and commercial adult learning. He has lead development efforts for a wide variety of software products and applications ranging from physical records management, to geospatial and demographic data enhancement, to global product pricing and management systems, as well as an innovative social learning platform. During his 10-year tenure with Sun Learning Services, he lead several product management teams responsible for the success of blended learning training products targeted at Java developers, Solaris administrators and system administrators for several Sun application servers. More recently, Matson drove development efforts at a series of organizations focused on creating and deploying eLearning training offerings for their employees and customers. At Aasonn, Matson is leading our efforts to more fully apply our broad cross-industry SuccessFactors consulting experience to a rapidly expanding portfolio of innovative training solutions.
Michael Shapiro
Professional Services Director Central Region
Michael Shapiro brings over 20 years of leadership experience to Aasonn and is responsible for all of Aasonn’s consultants for the Central Region of the United States and the Middle East. Michael has an extensive background working in finance, human capital management and command level experience in the U.S. Army. During Michael’s eight years of active duty in the U.S. Army, he served as a Company Commander in the 187th Ordnance Battalion at Ft. Jackson, SC, Assistant Professor of Military Science at the University of Idaho, Battalion HR Manager in the 1st Armored Division in Friedberg, Germany, and Platoon Leader of the 1st Armored Division, also in Friedberg. After his military career, Michael held positions at Kraft Foods and the Jewish Community Centers of Chicago. During his tenure at Kraft Foods he held several positions, including Financial Manager, Global Supply Chain Methods & Applications, Financial Manager, Inventory Accounting, and was a Financial Analyst for their Operations, R&D, and Quality Finance areas. During his time at the Jewish Community Centers of Chicago he served as their Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Shapiro holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago with an emphasis in HR, Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Shapiro and his wife reside in Chicago, Illinois.
Guy Tourigny
Professional Services Director Global LMS
Guy Tourigny brings over 25 years of experience in the software industry and 10 years of Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience to Aasonn. Guy is responsible for all of Aasonn’s LMS projects and consultants globally. Guy has a very extensive background in LMS. He has held positions as Director of Consulting Services for Geo Learning, Global Learning SME with IBM Corporation, Assistant Vice President of Shared Learning Services at Wells Fargo Bank, Senior Consultant/Strategist at SystemLink Enterprise Solutions, Director of Research and Development at eTrinsic, Application Architect at ActiveEducation, and Product Manager at Digital Research.
Guy has a Computer Science degree with a minor in Business Administration. He is a board member of AICC, IEEE/LTSC and LETSI. Guy also holds the Learning Consultant Professional Certification and SME designation from IBM. Guy has Co-authored the ISD best practices white paper titled “Reusability Analysis of Reusable Objects” and Co-authored the “DELS Metadata Specifications” for the Aviation Industry Computer based training Committee (AICC). Mr. Tourigny and his wife reside in Des Moines, Iowa
Jackie Burton
Professional Services Director, SMB
Jackie Burton brings over 10 years of professional Human Resources, HR Systems and Project Management experience to Aasonn. She joined Aasonn in 2011 and directs all activities for Aasonn’s SMB Practice. Ms. Burton is responsible for providing application expertise to consultants, project oversight, and project staffing for all SuccessFactors SMB projects. Ms. Burton has extensive experience with the SuccessFactors application suite. Prior to joining Aasonn she worked for SuccessFactors for over five years as a Consultant, Practice Lead, and Practice Manager. Ms. Burton’s background includes positions as HRIS Manager and HR Administrator for BRE Properties of San Francisco as well as management level positions for both DigitalMed and DigitalThink where she was involved in Learning Management and Time Tracking Systems. Her extensive background implementing and managing SuccessFactors projects for over five years and over 200 customers provides a unique perspective for managing Aasonn’s SMB practice.
Ms. Burton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Special Education from San Francisco State University. Ms. Burton and her husband reside in Naperville, Illinois.
Nora Mount
Director of Training
Nora Mount brings twenty years of business, HR and consulting experience to her role as Director of Training & Development. She has used her extensive business experience and holistic enterprise view to bridge the gap across business operations, human resources and, in particular, learning and development. Her strength in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues enables delivery of programs that not only drive retention of top talent across organizations but also positions human capital as a strategic driver for achieving business goals. She has strong HR process, standards and training execution knowledge that ideally positions her to provide guidance and expand internal Aasonn best practice processes in our Professional Services area. Nora’s past portfolio includes such clients as Kraft, Colgate, ADP, Ford, Nissan, BP, Pfizer, Mead Johnson Nutritionals and Walgreens, among others. Most recently Nora worked in the Human Capital Management group at IBM Global Services. She is focused, results-oriented and strives to provide clients and colleagues an exceptional experience in working with her.
Ms. Mount holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Mount resides with her husband in Naperville, Illinois.
Fiona Buckley
Vice President EMEA Professional Services
Fiona Buckley is a Senior Human Resources and Business Consultant with over 11 years’ experience across all industry sectors, in corporate HR and professional services. Over her career she has managed large-scale business restructures and transformations. Ms Buckley has led large projects and has consulted with companies on all stages of the HR Lifecycle. She has high level knowledge and experience in organizational development, change management, company restructuring, HR strategy and performance management amongst others. Ms Buckley Joined Aasonn in February 2012 and will be key in driving the growth of Aasonn in EMEA. Ms Buckley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and HR and numerous other qualifications in Training, Mediation and Employment Law. Ms Buckley has also lectured in all areas of HR, Customer Service and International Business and has also been guest speaker at many seminars in Ireland on HR and Business Transformation. Ms. Buckley and her fiancé reside in Dublin, Ireland.
