Competencies form the foundation for a number of core human resource information systems such as recuiting, performance management, succession planning, training and development, 360 degree multi-rater assessments and career development planning.

If you are a SuccessFactors customer, we have the experience and knowledge of the SuccessFactors software so that any framework developed will fit nicely with your software as well as your organizational needs.

Project Plan Development. The Aasonn consultant will meet with your stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of the project.

Approach Document Development. The Aasonn consultant will discuss with the project team the recommended approaches to competency identification, implementation, communication and administration.

Assessment Process. The Aasonn consultant will review job descriptions, training courses and existing competency models to determine strengths and gaps.

Create Competency Profiles. The Aasonn consultant will create competency profiles using a compbination of interviews, focus groups, questionnaires and observation to identify the knowledge, skills and behavior contributing to successful job performance within your organization.

Validate Competencies. The Aasonn consultant will review, expand, and refine the competency profiles with stakeholders and document the results of the project.
