I cannot tell you how nice it was by the 3rd module to have a consultant that was very knowledgeable about the module (configuration, system, and user standpoint) and was able to understand our process and constraints and suggest "work-arounds". He followed through with all requests in a timely manner. He was also our champion in pushing through fixes or basic enhancements that needed to be done. Finally, I was extremely impressed that he followed up with us after our first Compensation process was complete to address a couple of minor issues that we needed for the next cycle.
