Outsourcing Assessments and Advisory Engagements

  1. Database Administration - Delivery Capability Assessment
    Aasonn will evaluate and assess the capability of your Outsourcers' staff  to deliver a wide range of database administration and support services on  various database platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
  2. Unix Systems Administration - Delivery Capability Assessment
    Aasonn will evaluate and assess the capability of your Outsourcers' staff  to deliver a wide range of Unix production support services on key Unix platforms.
  3. Outsourcer Infrastructure - Delivery Capability Assessment
    Aasonn goes onsite at the delivery centers for your Outsourcer and performs the Infrastructure Delivery Capability assessment.
  4. Outsourcer Staffing - Delivery Capability Assessment
    The Staffing Delivery Capability Assessment will determine if your Outsourcer  has sufficient staffing to provide the level of support that you have contracted for.
  5. Multisourcing Management Assessment
    The Multisourcing Management Assessment determines your readiness to manage  multiple outsourcer relationships and provides a review of your internal outsourcing  governance practices.
