Project Plan Development. The Aasonn consultant will meet with your stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of the project.
Approach Document Development. The Aasonn consultant will discuss with the project team the recommended approaches to competency management, strategic goal alignment, assessment methods, 360 degree reviews, assessment processes, and corporate culture.
Assessment Process. The Aasonn consultant will review existing performance forms/systems, job codes and roles, core and functional competencies, objective setting procedures and all systems and policies relating to performance to determine strengths and gaps.
Create Assessment Protocol. The Aasonn consultant will create an Assessment Protocol using the information set forth in the Approach Document and the information assembled from the Assessment Process then work with your team to write an Assessment Protocol for implementing a successful job performance procedure within your organization.
Validate Assessment Process and System. The Aasonn consultant will review, expand, and refine the the Assessment Protocol with stakeholders and document the results of the project. |
