    The Wall Street Journal recently ran a special supplement on Big Data. Among the studies it covers is a recent report from the MIT Sloan Management Review that found only 8% of human resources organizations using analytics to help improve talent innovation. In contrast, 17% of product development, 19% of marketing, and 20% of operations respondents reported using analytics to drive innovation.
