No Hidden Fees

For each customer, a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is agreed to and all duties on the SOW will be performed without regard to time spent. Your fees will not change as long as your requests are covered in the SOW.

Aside from the agreed to daily or weekly fees, there is a standard ramp-up period setup fee for establishing the service. There are never any additional fees. Out of scope work requests are quoted as a fixed price.
