With that recognition in mind, we have worked to create support options that allows you to choose the level of service that best fits your needs. Regardless of your choice, our professional servicesl staff and consultants will always follow a detailed and well documented procedure and are supported by an on-line tracking system that ensures you receive the best support possible.

Emergency On-Site Software Support

Emergency on-site support is available to all customers for severe problems deemed to require an emergency response from the Aasonn Professional Services Team.

If one of our customers requests emergency support that could be significantly enhanced by our assistance at your location, we will agree to try to provide an on-site resource within a reasonable commercial time-frame.

Support is not a replacement for training or consulting services, both of which may be necessary for success in complex software installations. Your Aasonn account manager is the best route through which to obtain our training and consulting services.

A Fact of Life

You know you've selected the best Talent Management software, you have trained your Talent Management Staff and conducted user training sessions for all of your employees. So now you just need to sit back and watch your new SuccessFactors software begin to work it's magic.
